Spyland parks and casinos development

Spyland as part of Gran Scala project, situated between Zaragoza (Aragon) and Barcelona (Catalogna), will have numerous prestigious neighbours.

Several other parks, dozens of casinos, entertainment spots, shopping malls, hotels, and restaurants will offer a large range of entertainment activities to families, group of singles and retired people.

Environment preservation

Environment preservation is a priority concern both during construction and during exploitation of the complex, with the hundreds of thousands of jobs to be created. A preliminary project plan was proposed, based on Gran Scala market assessment to fit a land in the middle of its parks and casinos development scheme. Project adaptation and assessment within Gran Scala will be carried out to ascertain its economic viability, in the light of the proposed development of the tourist amusement area within the respect of water consumption and a close protection of the environment.

WATER PARK

A themed water park will be constructed next to the main Spyland entrance. This park will be autonomous with its own Hotel. Its content will remain a secret up to the grand opening. It will offer a quality park, with indoor and outdoor activities, open all year long and contain some brand new attractions, shows, histories and mysteries. The park is designed for the family amusement as a whole.

A final design will be prepared upon completion of the current benchmarking study and according to the expected attendance (design day). Water treatment requirements will be fitted within the final master plan to save water. Public shows will be organized to entertain the visitors within the park. Equipment suppliers have already supplied details for the best rides and attractions.
